Terms of Service

POSIC is an agency operating system providing project management, social media publishing, CRM, analytics, and intelligence tools. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account or use POSIC on behalf of someone else without authorisation.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You may not use POSIC to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to POSIC or its systems
• Circumvent plan limits through the use of email aliases, disposable addresses, or other means

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

You retain ownership of all content you create in POSIC. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

The free plan is subject to the usage limits described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Free plan accounts are subject to a 1 GB storage limit. Exceeding this limit will prevent new file uploads until storage is reduced or the account is upgraded.

POSIC connects to third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Razorpay. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

POSIC is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posic Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of POSIC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
